Collaborative Care Conference 2026
From Assets to Action: Turning Protective Factors into Practice Across Families, Schools, and Communities
The Collaborative Care Conference brings together professionals, community partners, educators, families, and leaders who are working to strengthen the well-being of children, youth, and families.
This year’s theme, “From Assets to Action,” focuses on turning what we know about protective factors into meaningful, practical action. Throughout the conference, participants will explore how approaches such as Developmental Assets, Family Resource Centers, and Communities That Care are being put into practice in real-world settings.
Sessions will highlight practical strategies, successful program models, and cross-sector partnerships that strengthen protective factors and improve outcomes for youth and families. Attendees will explore what works, how it works, and how these approaches can be adapted and replicated in their own communities.
