Keynote speakers: Dr. Shawn Moore and Lee Vague from LETAC
Dr. Shawn Moore
Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Eckberg Lammers, P.C., Dr. Moore brings 20+ years of experience in cultural competency, conflict resolution, and community engagement. A U.S. Navy veteran, he has led workshops worldwide on communication, reconciliation, and resilience.
Lee Vague
With 30+ years in public safety and leadership, Lee served as Public Safety Director and Police Chief for the City of Woodbury. He is an experienced instructor and keynote speaker specializing in leadership, coaching, and organizational culture.
Keynote topic: Resilience and Building Strong Community Connections
