About the Role

Job Summary:
The Systems Evaluation and Learning Coordinator leads efforts to assess program and system performance, ensuring data is used to improve outcomes for children, youth, and families. This position oversees data collection, analysis, and reporting, translating findings into clear, actionable information for staff, partners, and community members. The coordinator promotes continuous learning by supporting data-driven decision-making, strengthening program alignment with system of care goals, and coordinating training to build staff and partner capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program and grant evaluation to improve processes and systems that strengthen program quality and support positive outcomes.
• Oversee accurate and timely data collection, reporting, and submission to meet program and funder requirements.
• Develop evaluation practices that promote accountability and support organizational goals.
• Lead the implementation and analysis of the PACT SHARE Survey and other community surveys to identify system gaps, highlight available resources, and strengthen the system of care.
• Communicate findings through reports and presentations to staff, leadership, and collaborative partners to guide decision-making, promote shared learning, and enhance the system of care.
• Train staff on effective evaluation, data collection, and reporting practices.
• Contribute to grant writing and program development by defining measurable outcomes, evaluation methods, and alignment with system of care goals and identified community needs.
• Ensure programs align with organizational goals, outcomes, and improvement priorities.
• Lead process improvement to strengthen program delivery and participant success.
• Develop and lead staff and partner training to build capacity and advance best practices.
• Facilitate training sessions on ACES and other evidence-based practices to strengthen program delivery and align practices with system of care goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Psychology, Sociology, Evaluation, Research, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership, staff development, and training coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheet management, and data visualization using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and statistical analysis software.
• Experience in aggregating and interpreting data to produce clear, actionable reports for staff, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Experience in human services outcome evaluation, preferably within multi-agency or collaborative system of care settings.

Travel:
Some travel within the five-county area, with limited travel within the state and possibly outstate.
