The Project Advisory Council discusses common questions and challenges and explores ways to better meet program goals. Over the years, this group has also helped to set and revise the budget, reviewed and updated the community resource maps, determined common program offerings, and problem-solved issues as they arose. Each of the committee members communicates back to their respective site coordinators, who are responsible for the day-to-day programming taking place in the district. Sustaining any program always includes ways to work together more effectively for a common outcome. The discussion taking place within the Cohort 5/6 Project Advisory Council and within the larger PACT for Families network will contribute to sustaining programming efforts after the grant period is completed.
